How can I trade in probes owned by the hospital where I work?

Probes owned by a healthcare institution can be traded in via our Sales team. Please click here to submit your request.

What happens to my all-in membership after trading in my current probe for the iQ3™?

You can transition from an all-in membership to either a new annual subscription or to a new iQ3 all-in membership. Please reach out to support@butterflynetwork.com and our team would be happy to assist you.

Why should I trade in my iQ/iQ+ for the new iQ3?

What happens if I do not send back my old probe?

To avoid any charges, we recommend you sending your traded probe as soon as possible. Failure to ship the probe would result in the trade-in value being charged to your account.
